"You were one of the tops we have ever had!
You were warm, funny and passionate on stage. You were a great fit for UMEC and did
a great job connecting with the audience.
You killed it! Our folks loved it. You surpassed
all expectations!"

Why Bullying Is No Small Issue
6% vs 45% - a 750% increase in low mental well-being:

"By 10th grade, 45 percent of teens who'd been chronically victimized fell into the category of "low" mental well-being. That compared with 31 percent of kids who reported current bullying only, and 12 percent of those who'd been bullied in the past only. Of students who'd never been regularly picked on, just 6 percent scored that low in psychological well-being."  Bullying may have lasting health effects on kids:

Help us help you target Hope, Engagement and Wellbeing
founded on Authentic Purpose:

  • End bullying at your school and replace it with CHAMPIONS AGAINST BULLYING

  • Give the teachers a simple strategy to ensure lasting change is created

  • Recognize actions over words - honor the MVP's in each class who end the "bystander" culture at the school by STANDING UP to the bullies and reaching out and standing with the marginalized students in the  shadows of the school

  • Create a Leadership and Respect culture where "What happens to one of us, happens to ALL of us"

  • Focus on empowering by turning ON the CREATIVITY of each student

  • Focus on the power of Focus itself to align with each student's true gifts and passions,

    so you …

  • Help students find their own power and purpose

  • Measure improvements in creativity, communication, hope, and engagement: the pillars of lifelong success far more than grades

  • The Gallup Organization says  "The best educators know that for students to achieve meaningful, lasting success in the classroom and beyond, they must be emotionally engaged in the educational experience. This  means educators must focus on students' hope, engagement, and wellbeing -- the predictors Gallup has discovered matter the most."

"The four days participating in the NBNY program was really fun because I met a lot of really nice people and I've also been introduced to a new kind of leadership that takes place within our own tribal government, community, having a voice, goals , and having a dream can benefit the community."

"Nick Lowery’s recent Champions Against Bullying presentation to USD 109 Republic County Schools made a powerful impression upon our students.  Nick’s passion to positively influence today’s youth was obvious as he presented his message. This message was delivered in a way that our students could easily apply it to all aspects of life.  Unlike many lyceums, Nick’s program offers much more than a high impact speaking engagement.  This program has been aligned with proven strategies to insure that it makes a long-lasting impact on the school’s student body.  The pre/post activities that Nick guides you through have proven practices imbedded within them that will help students to analyze and to process what they have learned. Nick scored the winning points for our student body.  Thanks to USD 109’s C.A.R.E. organization for arranging for this quality experience."
